This service is not yet available, still working on this! Stay Tuned! Do you ever find yourself saying, "I've been through this before" or feeling like new situations feel all to familiar. Do you ever wonder why some of the same situations continue to show up in your life over and over? Did you know that we develop our Core Beliefs by the time we are at most 10 years old? This service consists of 4 separate 1 hour individual sessions, to be completed via Zoom. The fee is a total of $176 for all 4 sessions, however, you will be booking and paying for your first of four sessions when you select book now. We will schedule the remaining 3 at the end of our session. This is a 4 Session Package as it will take the full 4 sessions to complete. There is a questionnaire I will send you via email when booked. You will complete this questionnaire prior to session one and return via email. In the first session I will review your completed questionnaire scoring and move through the core beliefs exercise with you. There are some meditation techniques incorporated in these sessions.
