At Rabbit Hole Collections, we value transparency, fairness, and honesty in all our interactions. Our goal is to ensure a seamless shopping experience while maintaining clear policies for shipping, returns, and services. Please review the following policies carefully. 📦 Shipping Information

We ship orders via USPS Priority Mail, using flat-rate or priority mailing boxes with protective packaging (bubble wrap, paper fillers). Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and USPS Priority Mail typically arrives within 3-5 days of shipping.

📍 Local Delivery & Pickup Options (Limited Items Only):

  • Local delivery/meet is available for a $5 fee.

  • Free local pickup is also available—just select this option at checkout!

Some items in our shop are drop-shipped from carefully selected USA-based suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, some items are non-returnable due to their nature (see below). If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to arrange a return.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Digital products (eBooks, courses, downloads, etc.)

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

📌 Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

  • Refunds cover the cost of the item only; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If an item is damaged in transit, please provide photos of the damage and keep all packaging materials for verification.

  • Lost items: It may take up to 2 weeks to process refunds for lost items due to USPS tracing procedures.

 

 💻 Digital Products Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes:

  • eBooks

  • Downloadable guides & templates

  • Online courses & digital resources

🔹 Upon purchase, you will receive a download link on the thank-you page and via email.
🔹 Download links are valid for 30 days, so please save your files promptly.
🔹 If you experience issues with access, contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

🔮 Crystal & Stone Disclaimer

  • All crystal healing information provided is intended for spiritual guidance only and is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.

  • Crystals are natural stones and may have minor imperfections or color variations.

  • All crystals are cleansed with Palo Santo and Selenite before shipping.

  • Due to screen differences, colors may appear slightly different in person. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions BEFORE purchasing! No refunds will be issued due to color variations.
